DE Filter Grids

Over the years I have dismantled many DE filters, and more often than not I have found a problem with one or more of the grids, the top manifold and/or the o-rings. If a grid is broken or torn, it needs to be replaced. If all of the grids are the same age, it is best to replace the whole set at the same time. If you have a slight, hair-line crack in the manifold it will need replacing, and likewise, if the o-rings are perished it is also time to replace those.
If these broken items are not replaced, it can result in water leaks, and/or DE powder leaking back to the pool.

We have assembled grid kits for the most common filters on the market.
The do-it-yourselfer has everything needed to rebuild the interior of their filter to 'like new' condition.
Other kits are available on request, just e-mail us with your specifications; filter make, model, size and type.
Each kit includes:
- Full set of grids
- Manifold (usually top)
- Tank o-ring
- Manifold o-ring (if required
- Lubricant
- Filter schematic.
